  1. How do I know what size wallpaper I need for my computer?

Looking at the Windows Desktop, right click in a free area. Click on "Properties". Now click on the "Settings" tab. Under the "Screen Resolution" you should see the size of your screen. Popular sizes for normal screens (4:3) are 640 X 480, 800 X 600, 1024 X 768, and 1600 X 1200. Popular sizes for wide screens (16:10) are 1280 X 800 and 1440 X 900. Click OK. If you look at the wallpaper pages, you will see different sizes available, some for normal screens and some for wide screens. Wide screen wallpapers have a (w) next to the size. If you want the wallpaper to completely cover your screen, choose a wallpaper size that matches your screen size. If you would like a border around your wallpaper, pick a wallpaper size, one size smaller than your screen size.
